Who we are

This website is operated by Front Range Home Systems (FM Prime Systems LLC), serving homeowners and partners along the Denver–Boulder Front Range. Questions about this policy: jaime@frhomesys.com.

Information we collect

Contact form. When you submit our request-service form, we collect the fields you provide — typically name, email, phone, service interest, address (optional), and your message. That submission is sent by email through Resend to our business inbox and may also be recorded in our internal lead workflow when configured.

Tools login. If you use password-protected tools on this site, session data required for authentication is handled separately from marketing pages. We do not use those credentials for advertising.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics on this site. It helps us understand aggregate page views and performance. We do not run third-party ad pixels or sell visitor lists. We also do not promise more granular tracking than our analytics provider actually collects — check Vercel's documentation for current capabilities and retention.

How we use your information

• Respond to service and partner inquiries
• Schedule and scope work you request
• Maintain business records related to jobs and communications
• Improve site reliability and content based on aggregate usage

What we do not do

• Sell personal information to data brokers
• Send unrelated marketing without a relationship to your inquiry

Retention & security

We keep contact submissions as long as needed for business operations, scheduling, and reasonable follow-up. Email delivery depends on our providers' security practices. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending sensitive medical or financial details through the general contact form.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry data that is not tied to an active job or legal record requirement by emailing jaime@frhomesys.com. Colorado residents may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law; contact us to exercise them.

Changes

We may update this page when our practices or providers change. Material updates will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
